| Welcome to the Illini Union's On Line Request Service!

The On Line System allows you to browse event information about scheduled programs in the Illini Union, request meeting room space and request multimedia equipment for events. We are providing start up instructions for each task:
1. Logging In for Web Users: Click on My Account Tab (above).
2. Requesting a Meeting Room: Thank you for completing the campus policy form linked to the Illini Union web site prior to entering your request in this system. Click on Reservations Tab (above) to make single day and multi day request. While making your room request, you may also request multimedia equipment and other services.
3. Requesting Multimedia Equipment: Click on Reservations Tab above and select Service Only Request to add equipment to an existing room reservation. If you plan to include equipment in a new meeting room request, see instructions above.
4. Browsing Events Scheduled: Click on Events Tab (above). You do not need to be a registered web user for this function.
